Operations Manager (Furniture & Logistics)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chania.The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operational flow of the company, ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, deliveries, sales, accounting, suppliers, and clients.This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of warehouse operations
• Organization and control of deliveries (immediate & scheduled)
• Monitoring order status, readiness, and delivery execution
• Inventory control and operational planning
• Daily cooperation with Sales and Accounting
• Communication with clients regarding logistics and timelines
• Coordination with suppliers and external partners
• Identification of operational gaps and process improvements
• Ensuring quality, accuracy, and professional execution at every stage

Qualifications & Profile

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Clear communication and team coordination skills
• High sense of responsibility and ownership
• Comfortable working under pressure and deadlines
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SoftOne is a strong asset)
• Experience in furniture, design, or related industries is a plus
• Fluency in Greek & English is required
