Marketing & Brand Coordinator (On-Site)

OIKOS Furniture Collections by Terzis is seeking a Marketing & Brand Coordinator with a hands-on, responsible role in organizing and managing the brand’s communication and commercial presence.

This is a fully on-site position, requiring direct involvement with products, new arrivals, collections, and the daily operation of the showroom and warehouse.
We are not looking for someone who waits for instructions, but for a person who organizes, proposes, and follows through.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Brand Coordinator:

• has deep familiarity with the products
• follows collections and new arrivals closely
• organizes marketing content and communication planning
• acts as a link between product, brand image, and marketing strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and managing the marketing plan (not just execution)
• Creating and curating content for social media and the website
• Monitoring new products, collections, and incoming deliveries
• Maintaining close interaction with the showroom for product knowledge and styling
• Following furniture, interior, and design trends
• Coordinating photo shoots, video production, and promotional material
• Ensuring consistent brand identity across Signature and Essentials

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing, brand, or content role
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy
• Clear understanding of product-driven branding and aesthetics
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign
  (Canva alone is not sufficient)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Physical presence on site (non-remote role)
